Plan the approach for the interrupted phase
Show how users reach the toilet and handwashing station while work barriers are in place. Review the surface and any accessible approach with the property representative. Keep the route outside demolition loading and material storage. A position convenient for the first room may need reconsideration when work shifts to another part of the property.
Schedule service around continued occupancy
State when the service entrance is available and who can open it. Ask how routine cleaning, consumables, and handwashing supplies are handled. If the plumbing outage extends, notify the provider before the agreed removal. Do not make equipment moves part of another trade's work without a reviewed relocation arrangement.
Compare the phased service period
Request delivery, recurring visits, handwashing, removal, and optional relocation terms in writing. Ask how changed occupancy or an extended indoor-facility interruption affects equipment and servicing.
