Plan retention before removal
For an occupied property, decide which fixtures, furnishings, or spare materials will remain. Keep them apart from the contractor's carrying route. Describe building debris, packaging, dense material, and uncertain items separately to the responsible service. Ask about acceptance before a loading crew combines items that may require different handling.
Maintain normal entry through the loading period
Review the proposed container position with the property manager. Preserve access to occupied doors, parking needed by residents or customers, and routine deliveries. Ask the provider to assess the truck approach and removal space. If the container must leave before a new phase starts, make that sequence part of the confirmed arrangement.
Compare the complete project terms
Ask about accepted material, loading limits, exchanges, service duration, and the final pickup procedure. Clarify what changes if retained items become waste or the renovation generates more material than first described.
