Choose a practical walking and service route
Review the proposed position with the site supervisor. Keep the user approach away from material unloading and reserve room for handwashing. Discuss accessible equipment and the intended route where needed. If work shifts, reassess the position before it becomes separated from users by stored material, fencing, or another active task.
Keep a coordinator through the final phase
Name the person who can provide access and report changing occupancy. Ask how cleaning, pumping, consumables, and handwashing replenishment are scheduled. Explain any gate restrictions or periods when the entrance is shared with other work. Keep the pickup arrangement linked to the last occupied phase, not simply the first contractor's departure.
Compare service through the work sequence
Request the unit arrangement, recurring visits, handwashing, extra time, and relocation terms. Ask how increased crew overlap or an unsuccessful access visit affects the written scope.
