Manage a work area that changes
List the material expected from each task and who is allowed to load it. Preserve reusable items outside the debris area. Ask about dense rubble and uncertain equipment before mixing them with lighter waste. If another crew arrives later, provide the accepted-material instructions again rather than assuming they match its previous project.
Protect the route from the actual entrance
Show the provider how the truck reaches the loading position, including gates and any shared approach. Do not reserve only the container footprint; allow the provider to assess working room. Keep new supplies and parked machinery out of the pickup path. If the work moves, discuss a different collection position before the old one is blocked.
Compare terms for the defined load
Ask about material limits, exchanges, extra days, removal notice, and a blocked visit. Identify one person authorized to change the service so separate crews do not give contradictory instructions.
