Check facilities against the actual shift timetable
List when each crew arrives and leaves, then record which permanent restrooms those workers are allowed to use during those hours. A facility available to daytime staff may be locked before the finishing crew departs. Ask the property representative to identify any remaining gap. Discuss handwashing and accessible equipment for that affected group instead of treating the whole building headcount as a single requirement.
Separate user entry from maintenance entry
A worker may enter through a personnel gate that a service truck cannot use. Identify both routes and the person who controls each one. Explain shift changes, locked periods and any shared loading window when reviewing recurring visits. Decide how an after-hours user reports a problem and who can contact the provider; do not leave that responsibility with someone who is only present on the day shift.
Match the quotation to the disclosed hours
Compare the equipment and maintenance scope against the shifts and entry arrangements you disclosed. Ask who handles problems outside the usual site-contact hours and what any requested visit would involve. Do not assume that an after-hours response is included or available.
