Separate construction output from other rubbish
List demolition material, new-work scrap, packaging, and unrelated cleanout items individually. If the property remains operational, keep routine refuse outside the project container unless the responsible service explicitly accepts it under the applicable arrangement. Ask about dense material and special items before loading. A general label such as renovation waste is not a complete material inventory.
Make exchanges part of the staging plan
Decide where a full bin can be collected while replacement materials and other trades still need access. Ask the provider to assess truck working space and the container's loading side. Keep the approach clear after fencing changes. Coordinate exchanges with the site supervisor so an unplanned pile of debris does not occupy the reserved space.
Compare the authorized C&D service scope
Request material limits, exchanges, duration, final collection notice, and access-failure terms. Ask what changes when another trade adds a different category of material.
