Protect retained belongings from the cleanup flow
Set aside furniture, fixtures, tools, and supplies that remain useful. Keep that area distinct from the route contractors use to carry waste. List removed building materials, bulky possessions, and uncertain items separately for the responsible service. Ask about acceptance before helpers combine them in a single load.
Preserve access while the property remains occupied
Show the occupied entrance, regular parking, and temporary sanitation position on the layout. Ask the provider to assess the container location and truck working space. Keep the loading door usable and avoid storing new materials in the pickup path. If the site cannot accommodate both replacement deliveries and a full bin, plan removal between those stages.
Compare the agreed removal sequence
Ask about material and loading limits, duration, exchanges, final pickup, and blocked access. Clarify how a delayed renovation or changed list of discarded items affects the written arrangement.
