Document uncertain items before loading
Describe removed fixtures, building material, packaging, and equipment individually. Set aside containers with unknown contents or other materials needing specialist assessment and obtain appropriate instructions before arranging their disposal. Do not infer acceptance from spare bin capacity or from a neighboring business's practice. Name someone responsible for checking the load.
Coordinate the truck with property operations
Give the provider the approved entrance, check-in requirements, and the proposed collection position. Review the space needed for loading and lifting with the property manager. Protect the pickup approach from stored stock and parked equipment. If a change in production or deliveries affects access, revise the collection schedule before the container is full.
Compare the defined removal scope
Ask about accepted categories, loading restrictions, exchanges, rental period, final pickup, and access-delay terms. Include the process for reviewing unexpected material discovered during the work.
