Locate facilities against the field and spectator layout
Mark the entrances people use, the seating area and any food service. Keep the route to toilets outside active play and avoid putting a queue across the main gate. Discuss an accessible path from arrival to the unit, including surface and turning space. If teams or groups rotate through the site, report their overlap so equipment and servicing can be considered together.
Maintain a predictable service point for crews
At a work compound, give the provider the entrance used by service vehicles and the hours a contact is present. Keep the toilet position clear of excavation, stored materials and reversing plant. Include handwashing and a cleaning plan for the actual number of shifts. If work moves to another part of the property, review whether the original location still serves the crew safely.
Johnston event or crew sanitation scope
Ask proposals to distinguish an event rental from ongoing crew use. Compare the unit mix, handwashing, cleaning visits, working period and delivery/collection access, with terms for additional shifts or changed activity areas.
