Separate early clearance from building debris
Decide which furniture, fixtures, and reusable items are being kept before demolition starts. List electronics, paints, batteries, and other special materials separately for guidance through CSWD or the appropriate program. The rental's acceptance instructions should address the actual load; a district resource does not confirm that every item can enter one container.
Coordinate exchanges with the next trade
Discuss when the first phase will finish and how much space the next delivery requires. Keep the retrieval approach available even after new materials arrive. If a replacement container is needed, agree how the work pauses during the exchange. Confirm who can authorize a revised collection date so different trades do not issue conflicting instructions.
Compare a phased job rather than one vague duration
Request rental days, included weight, accepted debris, hauling, and exchange terms. Ask what changes if the next trade is delayed or a container must move before the renovation is finished.
