Prevent unrelated loads from changing the plan
Tell participating occupants what is accepted and what must remain separate. CSWD's material resources can support questions about electronics, recyclables, and special waste. Do not let a construction container become the automatic destination for every tenant's unwanted property. A clearly defined user group makes the proposed contents and collection schedule more predictable.
Keep the loading area workable for business
Record regular deliveries, staff parking movements, and the entrances that must remain usable. Ask the provider to review the container position and the vehicle's retrieval space. If several projects run in sequence, label the collection responsibility for each phase. A full container waiting for an unapproved exchange can obstruct the next delivery even if it fitted comfortably on arrival.
Compare the terms for each project phase
Ask about rental duration, accepted waste, weight allowance, delivery, hauling, and exchanges. Clarify responsibility for excluded items and additional collections rather than treating a shared container as an unlimited disposal service.
