Sort the project by origin before estimating space
Separate ordinary household contents from material removed by a contractor. Make another list for appliances, electronics, liquids and anything whose identity is uncertain. A room full of furniture and a stack of dense building material can need different loading and acceptance terms. Tell the supplier what remains after donation or separate recycling so the proposed container reflects the actual job.
Keep the driveway useful during every work stage
Mark the loading end, the truck's approach and space needed to recover the container. Do not choose a position solely because the empty box fits. Preserve access for residents, emergency movement and routine trash carts while the project is underway. If the only practical position uses a street or other public area, ask Bristol about that exact footprint before arranging delivery.
Bristol container scope and load terms
Compare rental days, allowed contents, weight terms, delivery, collection and any planned exchanges. Have the proposal explain excluded materials and the process for revising the order when a cleanout turns into demolition.
