Separate business contents from building debris
List shelving, packaging, furniture and fixtures, then identify anything produced by demolition. Electronics, refrigerant equipment, chemicals and unknown stock need specific review rather than being mixed into a general load. If a business stays open, assign one person to control loading so staff do not use the container for unrelated material. Describe dense debris separately from lightweight packaging.
Protect the customer and delivery entrances
Show the proposed box position in relation to the door customers or residents use. Preserve a clear pedestrian route and avoid trapping routine deliveries behind the container. Give the provider the truck approach and any time when that space is occupied. For a curbside or other public placement, ask the city about the exact proposal and coordinate any necessary approval before arranging the drop.
Pawtucket project-load and access terms
Compare accepted contents, weight allowance, rental duration and collection or exchange timing. Ask whether delivery restrictions affect the proposal and clarify loading responsibility, special-item exclusions and the process for changing the material description.
